The company specializes in private transactions of Australian tried racehorses.
The office is based in Kensington, (Sydney) NSW.

Up to August 2010 the Agency has been directly involved with the private transactions of horses worth a total of just under Aus$11 million. Hundreds of winners have been sold throughout Australia, as well as New Zealand, USA, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea and New Caledonia.

The Agency has been behind the purchase of numerous notable Australian stakes winners, stakes performers and many other horses which have gone on to race with distinction throughout Australasia.
Some of these horses include Diego Garcia -G2 (Express Win, HK.), Brom Brom-G2, Pegase-G2 (Union’s Star, HK.), My Time-Listed (HK), Go Lucky Go (HK), Good Strike (HK), Forest Fountain (HK), Daylight Express (HK), Pentasar (H.M Shabu, Mac.), Torres (Mac.), Bold Deputy (Speedy Gonzales, Mac.), Romany Star (Monster, Mac.), Zodiac Queen-Listed, Shout Out Loud (2010 Darwin Cup), plus many, many other success stories.

Prior to establishing the Bloodstock Agency in 2005, Managing Director Dave Mee has had a lifelong association with the racing industry. Aside from his family’s involvement and experience, he has over twenty years of international experience working for some of the leading Thoroughbred establishments throughout Australasia, America and Europe. These included Sir Patrick Hogan, Gai Waterhouse, David Payne, Taylormade Sales Agency (US), Eddie Woods Bloodstock (US) and Clive Brittain (UK). During this time he was associated with some of the finest thoroughbreds to race and shape the breed in each of these respective continents. Such horses included Sir Tristram, Zabeel, Octagonal, Saint Ballado, Unbridled Song, Forestreno, Marscay, March Hare, Dance Hero, Red Hannigan, Dress Circle, Unearthly, Uber, Herodotus, etc.

The company specializes in private transactions of Australian tried racehorses with a concentrated focus on developing and enhancing relationships with Asian Pacific buyers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, China etc.
The office is based in Edgecliff, (Sydney), NSW

The experience and associations gained from both working overseas and conducting business internationally has allowed Asian Racehorse Sales and Consultancy Services P/L to develop excellent relationships with many prominent breeders, trainers, agents and experienced industry participants throughout Australasia and Asia as well Europe and North & South America.

 Australian Country Cups

Asian Racehorse Sales sources the majority of it’s horses from the main metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, etc. A large number of these horses are sold to the country areas of Australia and in turn many of these horses are aimed at the local Australian Country Cups.
Many of these cups are a huge social occasion in their respective areas of Australia and have much historical, cultural and sentimental meaning to the people of the local communities.

For horses sold within Australia, 73% of horses have won and/or placed for new connections.
For horses sold outside Australia, predominantly Asia, 75% of horses have won and/or placed for new connections.
